Overview: This session sets the stage for our month together. This will be a detailed assessment to determine your primary doshas (Prakriti) and any present imbalances (Vikriti). We’ll discuss your health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals, and how your doshas affect your health, energy levels, and sleep quality.
